I. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

(1) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierung erfolgt gemäß den Vorschriften der §§ 248 - 250 HGB.

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände des Anlage- und Umlaufvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Forderungen wurden mit dem Nominalwert, Verbindlichkeiten mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert.

(2) Erläuterung einzelner Bilanzposten

Verbindlichkeiten (§ 285 Nrn. 1 und 2 HGB)

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht.

(3) Sonstige Rückstellungen (§ 285 Nr. 12 HGB)

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen ausschließlich Rechts- und Beratungskosten.

II. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn und Verlustrechnung

Steuerbelastung des Ergebnisses (§ 285 Nr. 6 HGB)

Aufgrund des Verlustes fallen Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Ertrag nicht an.

III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

In 2010 wurden durchschnittlich 0 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
