Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Der Jahresabschluss ist in Euro aufgestellt.

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis Euro 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben (§ 6 Abs. 2 EStG).

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Einzelwertberichtigungen waren nicht zu bilden.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle am Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Geschäftsführung
Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Geschäftsjahr von Herrn J. Janzen ausgeübt. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit und alleinvertretungsberechtigt.
