1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. März 2011 ist nach den generellen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt worden.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

Im Interesse größerer Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit sind die nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei den Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringenden Vermerke ebenso wie die Vermerke, die wahlweise in Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder Anhang anzubringen sind, im Anhang aufgeführt.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals vollständig nach den geänderten Vorschriften des BilMoG (Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz in der Fassung vom 25. Mai 2009) aufgestellt.

Gemäß Art. 67 Abs. 8 EGHGB ist der Grundsatz der Stetigkeit nach § 252 Abs.1 Nr. 6 HGB im Jahr der erstmaligen Anwendung des BilMoG nicht anwendbar. Die Vorjahresbeträge wurden dementsprechend nicht angepasst.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

3. Sonstige Angaben und Erläuterungen

a) Organe der Gesellschaft

Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft oblag den Herren Christian Schum, Richard Schenk, Johannes Wagner und Frau Julia Schum.

b) Unbeschränkt haftender Gesellschafter

Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftender Gesellschafter der FORMIN Logistik GmbH & Co. KG, Dettelbach.

c) Aufstellungserleichterungen

Die Gesellschaft nimmt im höchstmöglichen Umfang die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch.
