Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die angefallen Personalkosten für die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden gemäß § 255 Abs. 2a HGB in Höhe der bei ihrer Entwicklung angefallenen Aufwendungen (Herstellungskosten) aktiviert.

Das selbst erstellte Softwareprogramm wird seit Inbetriebnahme und Fertigstellung nach der standardisierten Nutzungsdauer des § 253 Abs. 3 Satz 3 HGB über 10 Jahren abgeschrieben, da die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer nicht verlässlich geschätzt werden kann.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen.

Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Forschungs- und Entwicklungskosten

Bei den Kosten für Forschung und Entwicklung des selbst geschaffenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstands handelt es sich um Aufwendungen für ein eigenes Softwareprogramm, welches von 2017 bis 2019 entwickelt wurde.

Die Ausschüttungssperre gemäß §269 HGB wurde beachtet.

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 3.800,00 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,00 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 26.418,64 EUR (Vorjahr: 23.049,53 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 67.818,64 EUR (Vorjahr: 83.589,25 EUR).
