1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Hinsichtlich der Form der Darstellung, insbesondere der Gliederung der aufeinanderfolgenden Bilanzen und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen, wurden zum Vorjahr keine Veränderungen vorgenommen (§ 265 Abs. 1 HGB).

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die planmässigen Abschreibungen sind linear, bzw. degressiv in Anlehnung an die von der Finanzverwaltung aufgestellten Abschreibungstabellen oder entsprechend der geschätzten Nutzungsdauer ermittelt worden.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, der Kassenbestand und das Guthaben/die Schulden bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Steuerrückstellungen/-forderungen entsprechen den zu erwartenden Steuernachzahlungen/-erstattungen aufgrund der steuerlichen Ergebnisse.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren existieren nicht.

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von € 16.628,91 (€ 17.455,17) (§ 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG).
