Anhang

A. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden.

Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden, gegenüber dem Vorjahr im Wesentlichen unveränderten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte und Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear oder degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führte. Die Sonderabschreibung nach § 7g (5) EStG wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen. Von der Möglichkeit zur Bildung eines Investitionsabzugsbetrages nach § 7g (1) EStG wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Anschaffungspreis bis 150,00 Euro werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Anschaffungspreis von mehr als 150,00 Euro bis zu 1.000,00 Euro werden linear über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben (Poolabschreibung).

Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte (beizulegende Werte) am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko wurde durch einen pauschalen Abschlag berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in angemessener Höhe.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
