A. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden orientieren sich grundsätzlich an den handels- und steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen.

Über die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden berichten wir wie folgt:

2. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, gegebenenfalls vermindert um planmäßige und außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Anlagegegenstände wurde auf der Basis der steuerlichern AfA-Tabellen geschätzt.

3. Die unfertigen Leistungen sind zu Herstellungskosten bewertet. In den Bewertungssatz wurden nur die direkten Kosten und die steuerlich aktivierungspflichtigen Gemeinkosten einbezogen. Fremdkapitalzinsen kommen nicht zum Ansatz.

4. Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Es wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung vorgenommen.

5. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

6. Die sonstigen Rückstelllungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

7. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

8. Abweichungen in den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Verhältnis zum Vorjahr liegen nicht vor.

B. Angaben zur Bilanz

9. Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr ergibt sich aus dem Anlagespiegel.

C. Sonstige Angaben

10. Auf Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung hat die Gesellschafterversammlung am 04.03.2024 beschlossen, den Jahresfehlbetrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

11. Alleiniger Geschäftsführer war im Berichtsjahr Herr Hans-Eckart Keller.

12. Im Posten "Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten" sind 2.714.541,49 Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern enthalten.
