Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024

I. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen
Die stable data GmbH, Dormagen, ist im Handelsregister B des Amtsgerichts Neuss unter der Registernummer HRB 18530 eingetragen.
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind unverändert beibehalten
worden.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Anschaffungs-kosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen um planmäßige
Abschreibungen vermindert.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten
angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert, die sich nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes
bemessen.
Die Abschreibungen wurden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen linear
vorgenommen.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800
wurden im Jahr des Zugangs vollständig abgeschrieben.
Forderungen wurden grundsätzlich zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare
Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.
Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nennwert bewertet.
Der aktiveRechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde in Höhe der Ausgaben des
Berichtszeitraumes angesetzt, soweit diese Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Die Bewertung erfolgte in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer
Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
1. Anlagevermögen
Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem Anlagenspiegel.
2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Im Forderungsbestand sind Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen in Höhe von 915.223,02 € enthalten.
3. Eigenkapital
Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.564,59 €.
Der Jahresfehlbetrag vor Ergebnisübernahme wurde aufgrund des bestehenden
Ergebnisabführungsvertrages vollständig von der Fair Media Holding GmbH, München, ausgeglichen.
