ANHANG

Sonstige Angaben zur Bilanz
Für das Unternehmen besteht nach § 238 HGB Buchführungspflicht.
Die Aufzeichnung der Geschäftsvorfälle erfolgte nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung.
Der Auftraggeber führt die für eine ordnungsmäßige Buchführung erforderlichen Grundaufzeichnungen, Bücher und Verzeichnisse.
Angaben zur Bilanzierung
Der Jahresabschluss wurde aufgrund der Finanzbuchhaltung, der vorgelegten Unterlagen und der erteilten Auskünfte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften gem. §§ 253, 255 HGB erstellt.
Der Auftraggeber versicherte, dass die uns gemachten Angaben über die Inventur- und Vermögensbestände ordnungsgemäß ermittelt und vollständig ausgewertet wurden. Die Finanzkonten wurden mit den Gegenauszügen ( Kassenbuch, Bankkontoauszüge etc. ) abgestimmt.
Angaben zur Bewertung
Allen am Bilanzstichtag bestehenden Risiken - soweit sie bis zur Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erkennbar waren - ist durch die Bildung ausreichender Rückstellungen und Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Soweit solche Risiken nach dem Bilanzstichtag entstanden sind, wird auf sie im Anhang verwiesen.
Der Anhang enthält die vorgeschriebenen Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung - soweit sie nicht bereits dort gemacht wurden - und er gibt die sonstigen Pflichtangaben richtig und vollständig wieder.
Bewertungsvorschriften im Einzelnen:
Anlagevermögen
Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen.
Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen aufgrund einer voraussichtlich dauernden Wertminderung wurden nicht vorgenommen.
Umlaufvermögen
Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Forderungen gegenüber dem Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von 10.871,71 €.
Entsprechend der vertraglichen Grundlage wird die Forderung mit 2,12 % verzinst.
Rückstellungen
Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten sind gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 HGB mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Haftungsverhältnisse
Haftungsverhältnisse aus übernommenen Bürgschaften und sonstigen Verpflichtungen bestehen am Bilanzstichtag nicht.
Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt.
Von dem Gliederungsschema wurde nicht abgewichen.
Sonstige Angaben
Für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 wurde keine Gewinnausschüttung beschlossen.
