Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

AKTIVA

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten abzgl. planmäßiger Abschreibung aktiviert.

Dabei wurden die Wirtschaftsgüter mit einem Anschaffungswert bis zu € 800,00 im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderugnen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Die Forderungen gegenüber dem Gesellschafter wurden vereinbarungsgemäß verzinst.

PASSIVA

Bei den Rückstellungen wurden allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Haftungsverhältnisse

Mit einer Inanspruchnahme aus Haftungsverhältnisse ist nicht zu rechnen.
