A. RECHNUNGSWESEN (BUCHFÜHRUNG)

1 Die Finanzbuchhaltung wird mit dem EDV-Buchführungssystem DATEV erstellt.

2 Buchführung und Belegwesen entsprechen den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Rechnungslegung.

B. JAHRESABSCHLUSS ZUM 31.12.2014

3 Der vorliegende Jahresabschluß ist ordnungsgemäß aus den Büchern entwickelt. Die Bilanz enthält alle bilanzierungspflichtigen Vermögenswerte, Schulden und Wagnisse.

1. Bewertungsgrundsätze

4 Die Sachanlagen sind zu Herstellungs- bzw. Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen angesetzt.

5 Die Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens sind auf den Börsen- oder Marktpreis abgeschrieben worden.

War ein Börsen- oder Marktpreis nicht feststellbar, so ist auf den beizulegenden Wert abgeschrieben worden.

6 Die Forderungen sind grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Abschreibungen auf diese Forderungen berücksichtigt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

7 Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Dies gilt auch für Rückstellungen unter Berücksichtigung des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Betrages. Von Passivierungswahlrechten nach § 249 HGB wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht.

8 Soweit nicht im Berichtsjahr Bewertungswahlrechte erstmals ausgeübt wurden, sind die in den Vorjahren angewandten Bewertungsmethoden unverändert beibehalten worden.

2. Gliederung

9 Die Gliederung der aufgestellten Bilanz entspricht dem in § 266 HGB vorgeschriebenen Gliederungsschema.

10 Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht dem Gliederungsschema in § 275 (2) HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren.

11 Der gem. § 268 (2) HGB aufzustellende Anlagespiegel ist in einer gesonderten Aufstellung wiedergegeben.
