A Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt.
Die Bilanz ist nach § 266 HGB in Kontenform aufgestellt und entsprechend gegliedert.
Im Interesse einer klaren und übersichtlichen Darstellung haben wir die nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei den Posten der Bilanz anzubringenden Vermerke im Anhang aufgeführt.
B Angaben und Erläuterungen zu Positionen der Bilanz
I Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden erfolgten nach den handelsrechtlich Grundsätzen.
Das Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Anlagegegenstände, deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, werden entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer planmäßig abgeschrieben.
Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt grundsätzlich zum Nennwert. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage kaufmännischer Beurteilung.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Anlagevermögen
Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind vollständig abgeschrieben.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten Beratungs- und Abschlusskosten sowie Fremdleistungen.
