1. Allgemeine Angaben
Die Copargo GmbH wird in der Rechtsform einer Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung betrieben. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Dreieich. Die Gesellschaft wird im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Offenbach unter HRB 42178 geführt.
Das Stammkapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 ist zur Hälfte eingezahlt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Von der Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde abgesehen.
Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.
Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Beratung, Training und Bereitstellung von Lösungen für Geschäftsabläufe, insbesondere Projektmanagement.
2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Das Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten und gegebenenfalls vermindert um Anschaffungspreisminderungen, sowie vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt.
Das Umlaufvermögen wird nach dem strengen Niederstwertprinzip bewertet.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich.
Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert bilanziert.
Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden in Höhe der jeweiligen Ausgaben angesetzt, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Abschlussstichtag darstellen.
Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung allen erkennbaren Risiken in ausreichendem Umfang Rechnung tragen.
3. Gliederung
Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach Maßgabe der Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften des HGB und des GmbHG. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für Kapitalgesellschaften wird Gebrauch gemacht.
4 . Sonstige Angaben
Alleiniger Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Oliver Buhr.
