ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluß der ABCSoft Planungsprogramme GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 HGB erstellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Anschaffungskosten im Einzelfall unter dem Betrag von 410,00 EUR lagen, wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt und haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen wurden nach dem zu erwartenden Aufwand angesetzt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert und haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
