1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Consight Consulting GmbH, Dresden für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 ist nach den Vorschriften des 3. Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss 2020 wurde nach dem Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) erstellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Auf fremde Währungen lautende Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Bilanzstichtag nicht vorhanden.

Der Jahresabschluss per 31.12.2020 vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage.

Dem Jahresabschluss 2020 liegt der Jahresabschluss per 31.12.2019 zugrunde. Die Wertansätze aus der Bilanz per 31.12.2019 wurden unverändert übernommen.

Es wurde keine von der Handelsbilanz abweichende Steuerbilanz erstellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB. Für den Anhang wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 Abs. 1 HGB i. V. m. § 285 HGB teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bilanziert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1 v.H. Rechnung getragen.

Die Wertpapiere des Umlaufvermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips bewertete.

Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren passivierungspflichtigen Risiken nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet worden.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung der Anlagepositionen im Geschäftsjahr 2020 ist aus dem der Bilanz beigefügten Anlagespiegel ersichtlich.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten Garantiekosten und Abschlusskosten, sowie eine Rückstellung für Aufbewahrungspflicht.

Die Angaben zu den Fristigkeiten der einzelnen Bilanzpositionen auf der Aktiv- und Passivseite sind aus der Bilanz ersichtlich.

4. Erläuterung zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

5. Sonstige Angaben

Per 31.12.2020 bestehen keine Eventualverbindlichkeiten.

Geschäftsführer war am 31. 12 2020 Herr Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Torsten Förster.
