Anhang

Grundlagen und Methoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der §§ 238 ff HGB, insbesondere nach den Vorschriften für die Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 HGB und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB verzichtet.
Die Bilanzposten sind mit dem Vorjahr vergleichbar, es wurden diesselben Bilanzierungsmethoden verwendet, Umgliederungen in andere Bilanzpositionen erfolgten ebenfalls nicht. Dies gilt entsprechend für die Positionen der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Gegenstände des immateriellen Anlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet und um die planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert.
Der Wertansatz der Sachanlagen berechnete sich aus den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen.
Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet und hinsichtlich ihrer Werthaltigkeit geprüft. Uneinbringliche Forderungen wurden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Einzelerläuterungen

Das Umlaufvermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet.
Sonderabschreibungen oder die Bildung von Investitionsabzugsbeträgen wurden nicht vorgenommen.

Sonstige Angaben

Bilanz, Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder.
Im Wirtschaftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 9 Personen beschäftigt.
Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
