Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

ALLGEMEINES

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Qualitype GmbH mit Sitz in Dresden beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Dresden unter HRB 31753 eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Ergänzende Vorschriften aus dem Gesellschaftsvertrag ergaben sich nicht.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die Gesellschaft hat bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten des § 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Die erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden, soweit sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer (drei und fünf Jahre) um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Netto-Einzelanschaffungswert von EUR 800,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Im Übrigen werden die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens zeitanteilig vorgenommen.

Die unfertigen Leistungen werden zu Herstellungskosten (Einzelkosten, angemessene Material- und Fertigungsgemeinkosten sowie Werteverzehr des Anlagevermögens, soweit durch die Fertigung veranlasst) bewertet, sofern nicht nach § 253 Abs. 4 HGB um noch anfallende Aufwendungen geminderte Verkaufswerte anzusetzen sind.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wird durch eine ausreichend bemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

Der Sonderposten für Zuwendungen zum Anlagevermögen wird in Höhe der für die Anschaffung der Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens gewährten Investitionszuschüsse gebildet. Der Sonderposten wird unter Annahme einer durchschnittlichen Nutzungsdauer der geförderten Vermögensgegenstände von 10 Jahren aufgelöst.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

ERLäUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen enthalten ausschließlich solche aus Lieferungen und Leistungen (TEUR 366,9; Vorjahr: TEUR 287,6).

Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von TEUR 97,4 (Vorjahr: TEUR 205,8) haben eine Restlaufzeit von über fünf Jahren. Auf Verbindlichkeiten mit einer ursprünglich vereinbarten Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr erfolgten in 2023 Sondertilgungen in Höhe von insgesamt TEUR 500.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen (TEUR 604,0; Vorjahr: TEUR 1.276,6) enthalten solche aus Darlehen der Gesellschafterin (TEUR 183,2; Vorjahr: TEUR 689,8), aus Lieferungen und Leistungen. (TEUR 266,6; Vorjahr: TEUR 468,3), davon gegenüber der Gesellschafterin TEUR 25,0 (Vorjahr: TEUR 32,9), sowie aus umsatzsteuerlicher Organschaft gegenüber der Gesellschafterin in Höhe von TEUR 154,2 (Vorjahr: TEUR 118,5).
