Anhang

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zu den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Liquide Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Auf den Ausweis passiver latenter Steuern konnte verzichtet werden.

Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Forderungen
Die Forderungen gemäß § 42 III GmbHG beliefen sich zum Bilanzstichtag auf 289,4 TEuro.

Verbindlichkeiten
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 794,8 TEuro (Vorjahr 1.182,6 TEuro).
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bis zu fünf Jahren beträgt 314,2 TEuro (Vorjahr 246,6 TEuro).
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt 99,7 TEuro (Vorjahr 54,4 Euro).
Die Verbindlichkeiten gemäß § 42 III GmbHG belaufen sich zum Bilanzstichtag auf 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr 0,00 Euro).

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit Sicherungsrechten
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, beträgt 521,2 TEuro (Vorjahr (Vorjahr 685,4 TEuro).
