ANHANG

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handels- und Gesellschaftsrechts beachtet.

Die Erstellung vorliegender Steuerbilanz erfolgte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften.

Vorliegende Steuerbilanz wurde auf der Grundlage der Gewinnermittlungsvorschriften des § 5 Abs. 1 EStG erstellt.

Die Bewertung erfolgte entsprechend den Bestimmungen des EStG.

Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen, das nicht abnutzbare Anlagevermögen zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen.

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Uwe Trost (Geschäftsführer) geführt. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
