Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß der §§ 238 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie unter Beachtung des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kommanditgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB i.V.m. § 264a HGB auf und nimmt daher bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechende größenabhängige Erleichterungen in Anspruch.

Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Die unter Beachtung steuerlicher Vorschriften angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken.

Die Bilanz wird vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt.

Soweit Angaben zur Mitzugehörigkeit zu Posten der Bilanz oder Davon-Vermerke anzugeben sind, wurde von dem Wahlrecht Gebrauch gemacht, diese im Anhang anzugeben.
