ANHANG

A. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde nach den deutschen Vorschriften des Handelsrechts erstellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für die Aufstellung des Anhangs gemäß §§ 267, 276, 288 und 274a HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Beschluss über die Verwendung des Ergebnisses

Der Jahresgewinn wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Franz-Josef G. Bürger geführt.
