Anhang zum Jahresabschluss vom 31.12.2010

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluß und der Anhang wurden nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes aufgestellt. Dabei wurden die Grundlagen der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB beachtet.

Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Sonstige Angaben

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr belaufen sich auf € 26.118,87.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer vereinbarten Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen nicht.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres war Herr Marcel Hicking Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft.
