Anhang

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Das Anlagevermögen wurde nach § 253 I HGB mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. fortgeführten Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um lineare Abschreibungsbeträge vermindert. Zur Ermittlung der planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurde die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer zugrundegelegt.

Für die angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurde die Bewertungsvereinfachung gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG angewendet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Schätzung für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in Bezug auf alle erkennbaren Risiken gebildet. Hierbei waren sowohl Kostensteigerungen wie auch eine Abzinsung von Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von über einem Jahr zu berücksichtigen.

Die Position sonstige Rückstellungen gliedert sich wie folgt:

Die Geschäfte während des Geschäftsjahres wurden von Herrn Anton Häuptle (Betriebswirt/Bilanzbuchhalter) geführt. Unter Hinweis auf § 286 IV HGB unterbleibt eine Angabe nach § 285 Nr. 9 HGB.
