A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Stichtag die Merkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von §§ 264a, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Zum Bilanzstichtag 31.12.2010 wurden erstmals die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes angewandt. Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden nicht angepasst.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen soweit handelsrechtlich zulässig den steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen.

Anlagevermögen

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Es kam sowohl die lineare als auch die degressive Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung. Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Anlagegegenstände wurde auf der Basis der steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen geschätzt.

Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG abgeschrieben.

Umlaufvermögen

Die Risiken im Forderungsbestand sind angemessen berücksichtigt worden.
