Anhang zum 31.12.2011

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft weist die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß. § 267 Abs. 1 bzw. 2 bzw. 3 HGB auf. Im Anhang wurde daher von den Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Gebrauch gemacht.

2. Angaben zur Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten gemäß § 253 HGB bewertet und entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear abgeschrieben.

Das Sachanlagenvermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung in der steuerlich zulässigen Höhe angesetzt. Es wurde die lineare Abschreibungsmethode gewährt. Die Abschreibung für den Sammelposten Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter 2010 beträgt 20%.

Der Abschreibungszeitraum entspricht der steuerlich für zulässig gehaltenen branchenüblichen Nutzungsdauer bzw. den voraussichtlichen Restnutzungsdauern.

Das Finanzanlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sowie dem Kassenbestand und den Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgte der Ansatz mit dem Nennwert.

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden mit den Nennbeträgen angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen wurden berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständ3e haben eine Restlaufzeit von nicht mehr als einem Jahr bzw. mehr als fünf Jahre.

Alle übrigen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis 1 Jahr.
