1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Flexolutions GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB, BilMoG sowie der Regelungen des GmbHG und des BilMoG aufgestellt.

Die Beträge sind in Euro angegeben.

2. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, die der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer entsprechen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der linearen Methode.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert bewertet. Risiken sind nicht erkennbar.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet.
