ANHANG

Steuerrechtliche Verhältnisse

Das Unternehmen unterliegt der Regelbesteuerung gemäß den §§ 16 - 18 des Umsatzsteuergesetzes.

Der Gewerbebetrieb unterliegt der Gewerbesteuerpflicht gemäß § 2 Gewerbesteuergesetz. Im Rahmen der Abschlußerstellung wurde die Berechnung der Gewerbesteuer durchgeführt.

Weiterhin besteht für das Unternehmen Körperschaftsteuerpflicht nach § 1 Körperschaftsteuergesetz. Die Berechnung der Körperschaftsteuer wurde im Zuge der Abschlußerstellung vorgenommen.

Buchführung

Für das Unternehmen besteht Buchführungspflicht gemäß §§ 238 - 241 HGB. Die Buchführung wurde im Berichtsjahr über EDV erstellt. Der Kontenplan entspricht den betrieblichen Erfordernissen. Notwendige Berichtigungs- und Abschlußbuchungen sind im Kontenwerk enthalten. Die Buchführung und der Jahresabschluß enthalten somit alle buchungs- und ausweisungspflichtigen Vorgänge.
