Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der IMining GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs und GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen wurden bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses in Anspruch genommen.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennwert bewertet und hinsichtlich ihrer Werthaltigkeit geprüft.

Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Sonstige Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbare Risiken berücksichtigt.

Soweit die Restlaufzeit von Rückstellungen am Bilanzstichtag mehr als ein Jahr betrug, erfolgte eine Abzinsung nach § 253 Abs. 2 S. 1 HGB. Für die Abzinsung des Erfüllungsbetrages wurden die von der Deutschen
Bundesbank veröffentlichten Abzinsungssätze verwendet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Befreiungsvorschrift des § 274a Nr. 5 HGB über die Abgrenzung latenter Steuern wurde in Anspruch genommen.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

3. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital von 25.000,00 € wurde mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter Herr Tietz besteht eine Verbindlichkeit in Höhe von 50.000,00 €.
