ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2018

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2018 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt. Neben den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften der § 264 ff. HGB wurden ergänzend die Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Vom Wahlrecht, bestimmte Angaben zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung im Anhang zu machen, wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267a HGB.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr im Wesentlichen unverändert. Auf etwaige Änderungen wird bei Erläuterung der Posten eingegangen.

Abnutzbare Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden nach Maßgabe der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer errechnet. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis Euro 800,00 werden analog der steuerrechtlichen Regelung im Jahr der Anschaffung vollständig abgeschrieben.

Die unter den Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen und Beteiligungen sind zu Anschaffungskosten ausgewiesen.

Forderungen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen tragen allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme Rechnung. Rückstellungen für ausstehende Kosten und für übrige geschäftsbezogene Verpflichtungen sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1. Forderungen

Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit zwischen einem und fünf Jahren.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten in Höhe von TEUR 68 (Vj.: TEUR 62) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern.
