Jahresabschluss 2o16 Programmierbare Logik GmbH vertreten durch die Geschäftsführung
1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2o16 wurde den Vorschriften des 3. Buches des HGB entsprechend aufgestellt.
Die ergänzenden Vorschriften der §§ 264 HGB wurden beachtet.
Die Programmierbare Logik GmbH ist gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft Ein Lagebericht musste gem § 264 Abs. Satz 3 HGB nicht erstellt werden.

2. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Maßgebend für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die folgenden im Vergleich zum Vorjahr gleichbleibenden Bilanzierungs - und Bewertungsmethoden :

AKTIVA
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens i.S.d § 247 Abs 2 HGB wurden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 und 2 HGB mit den Anschaffungskosten ggf. vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibung angesetzt.
Die Waren wurden gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Abschreibungen i.S.d § 253 Abs. 3 HGB waren nicht vorzunehmen .

Der Ansatz der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie der sonstigen Vermögens - gegenstände des Umlaufvermögens erfolgte m it den Nennbeträgen .

Die flüssigen Mittel wurden mit den Nennbeträgen bilanziert .

Die in den Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten neben den jährlich abzugrenzenden Versicherungen und Kfz . -Steuern enthaltenen Leasing - Sonderzahlungen werden über die Laufzeit der Leasingverträge aufgelöst .
Die als sonstige Kosten abgegrenzten Zahlungen für Werbung wurden über die Laufzeit der Verträge abgegrenzt.

PASSIVA
Bei der Bilanzerstellung sind die Rückstellungen gem. § 253 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB in Höhe der Beträge, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung voraussichtlich in Anspruch genommen werden , berücksichtigt.

Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte gem § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen
3. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung wurde in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.
