Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2020 der PMC Project Management Consulting GmbH Beratung u. Betreuung intern. Anlagenbau, Eitorf

Die PMC GmbH, Eitorf, wird seit dem 31. Juli 2015 im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Siegburg unter Abteilung B, Nr. 13542 geführt.

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Bestimmungen der §§ 267 und 275 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 gegliedert. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Erleichterungs-vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gem. den §§ 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3, 274a, 276 und 288 Abs. 1 HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2020 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) vom 23.07.2015 gemäß Artikel 75 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Einführungsgesetzes zum HGB (EGHGB) aufgestellt.

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Zugänge werden oder wurden nach der linearen Methode in Übereinstimmung mit den steuerlichen Vorschriften abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Anschaffungswert in Höhe von netto € 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung der geringwertigen Anlagegüter erfolgt unter Anwendung des § 6 Abs. 2 und Abs. 2a EStG.

Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zu Nennwerten.

Die liquiden Mittel sind mit ihren Nominalwerten ausgewiesen.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bemessen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
