Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der A.M.S. Software GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG), des GmbH-Gesetzes und des Bilanzrichtlinienumsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und über ihre voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Gemäß § 248 Abs. 2 HGB wurde das Aktivierungswahlrecht für selbstgeschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens ausgeübt. Die im Geschäftsjahr sind Entwicklungkosten in Höhe von € 63.593,00 angefallen.

Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen. Die, in den Vorjahren erworbenen, geringwertigen Wirtschaftgüter des Anlagevermögens werden entsprechend der steuerlichen Vorschriften bilanziert.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Risiken im Vorratsvermögen sind durch angemessene Abwertung berücksichtigt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, soweit diese Forderungen darstellen, werden mit dem Nennwert abzüglich einer Pauschwertberichtigung bewertet. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen. Fremdwährungsforderungen werden bei Zugang mit dem Devisenkurs umgerechnet.

Liquide Mittel sind zu Nennwert angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind in der Höhe der abzugrenzenden Beträge angesetzt.

Es werden aktive latente Steuern in Höhe von € 85.206,00 und passive latente Steuern in Höhe von € 80.975,00 ausgewiesen.

Die Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungbetrages angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Die Pensionsrückstellung wurde gemäß BilMoG nach § 249 Abs. 1 Satz 1 HGB i.V.m. §§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 und 246 Abs. 2 HGB unter Berücksichtigung der Heubeck Richttafeln 2018 G mit einem Rechnungszins i.H.v. 1,78 % ermittelt. Der Erhöhungsbetrag aufgrund der neuen Bewertungsvorgaben des § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 1 HGB in Höhe von € 19.646,00 wurde gem. Art. 67 Abs. 1 EGHGB mit dem Mindestbetrag 1/15 in Höhe von € 1.310,00 zugeführt. Der Restzuführungsbetrag beträgt € 1.306,00 . Der Unterschiedsbetrag gem. § 253(6) HGB beträgt € 6.765,00.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Fremdwährungsverbindlichkeiten werden bei Zugang mit dem Devisenkurs umgerechnet.

Die jährlichen Mietzahlungen belaufen sich auf T€ 37,7 .

Die wurden durchschnittlichen 10 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
