Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die GLH GmbH, Heiligenberg, weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 und 4 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde gem. §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewendeten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden werden stetig angewendet.

Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB).

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer zwischen 3 und 13 Jahren) angesetzt. Bei den Anschaffungskosten werden Anschaffungsnebenkosten und Anschaffungskostenminderungen berücksichtigt. Die beweglichen Anlagegegenstände werden linear abgeschrieben. Die im Geschäftsjahr angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Wert in Höhe von EUR 800,00 wurden in Übereinstimmung mit den steuerlichen Vorschriften gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgaben abgesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die flüssigen Mittel werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.

Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern betragen zum 31.12.2023
EUR 52.213,47 (Vj: EUR 7.349,42)

III. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft mit Sitz in Heiligenberg firmiert unter GLH GmbH. Sie ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Freiburg unter der Nummer HRB 710704 eingetragen.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der GLH GmbH durch den Geschäftsführer
