Feststellungen:

Die Gesellschafterversammlung hat einstimmig, unter Verzicht auf sämtliche gesetzlichen und gesellschaftsvertraglichen Bestimmungen über Einberufungsformen und Einberufungsfristen, ihre uneingeschränkte Beschlussfähigkeit festgestellt.

Beschlüsse:

1.	Der Jahresabschluss 2013 wird genehmigt. Eine Gewinnausschüttung für das Jahr 2013 wird nicht vorgenommen.
2.	Der Geschäftsführung wird für ihre Tätigkeit im Geschäftsjahr 2013 uneingeschränkte Entlastung erteilt.
3.	Weitere Beschlüsse wurden nicht gefasst; hierauf wurde die Gesellschafterversammlung beendet.
