Anhang

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear oder degressiv vorgenommen.
Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 150 Euro (geringfügige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert von 150 Euro bis 1.000,-- € werden im Zugangsjahr auf dem Konto 'Sammelkonto GWG' erfasst und abgeschrieben.
Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelberichtigungen vorgenommen.
Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.
Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
