ANHANG

A. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen
Die KompAS IT-Service GmbH ist eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gemäß §267 HGB.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handesgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilmoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden an dem zweiten Abschnitt des dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches ausgerichtet.
Im Berichtsjahr waren weniger als 10 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

B. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Anlagenwerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Auf bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 150,00 wurde im Jahr des Zugangs die Bewertungsfreiheit gemäß §6 Abs.2 EStG angewandt.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungen angesetzt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Sonstige Angaben.

Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Berichtsjahr von den Geschäftsführern Jörg Schäfer und Carsten Schmidt wahrgenommen. Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des §181 HGB befreit.

Zum Stichtag bestand gegenüber den Geschäftsführern folgende Verbindlichkeiten:

Jörg Schäfer: 46.793,75€

Carsten Schmidt: 30.040,86€

Haftungsverhältnisse zugunsten der Geschäftsführer wurden durch die Gesellschaft nicht eingegangen.

Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
