Anhang

I. Allgemeine Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma DACS Laboratories GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum 31. Dezember 2021 die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267a Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den größenabhängigen Aufstellungserleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB ist Gebrauch gemacht worden. Dies betrifft insbesondere den Verzicht auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes bzw. der Verzicht von Anhangsangaben.

Sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden zum 1. Januar 2021 aus der Bilanz des Vorjahres übernommen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden aus dem Abschluss zum 31. Dezember 2020 wurden unverändert übernommen.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind im Übrigen unten unter II. bei den Erläuterungen zur Bilanz aufgeführt worden.

Die geltenden handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften wurden unter Berücksichtigung der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit beachtet.

II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr grundsätzlich als Aufwand erfasst.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch eine Einzelwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftig kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie beinhalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.
Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferung und Leistung beträgt zum 31.12.2021 EUR 3.359,86.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 14 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Im Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2021 bis 31.12.2021 wurden die Geschäfte von Herrn Frank Schwarz, Kaufmann, Erkrath und Dr. Sixten Boeck, Erkrath, geführt, die einzelvertretungsberechtigt sind.
