I. Angaben nach § 284 HGB

- Abs. 2 Nr. 1 -

Die Bilanzierung der Aktiva und Passiva erfolgte unter
Beachtung der Vorschriften der §§ 252 und 253 des
HGB's.

Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit den um die lineare
Abschreibung geminderten Anschaffungskosten bewertet.


Die Werte der Posten des Umlaufvermögens wurden mit den
entsprechenden beizulegenden Werten angesetzt
(gem.§ 253(3) Satz 2).

Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte mit ihrem Rück-
zahlungsbetrag. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der
wahrscheinlichen Inanspruchnahme passiviert.

II. Angaben nach § 285 HGB

- Nr. 1a) -    Die Restlaufzeit der Verbindlichkeiten liegt unter 5 Jahre.

- Nr. 1b) -    Die Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht gesichert.

- Nr. 6) -    Der Umfang der Belastung des Ergebnisses der gewöhnlichen
     Geschäftstätigkeit durch Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag
     ergibt sich bereits aus der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung.

- Nr.10) -   Geschäftsführer ist Herr Karl-Heinz Ohlberg, Dinslaken.
