financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanzierung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung nutzungsbedingter planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung ist die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes. Die Abschreibung erfolgt linear.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten von € 250,- bis € 800,- werden im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Der sofortige Abgang zum Geschäftsjahresende wird unterstellt.

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen. Die Bewertung erfolgte in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt 50.000,00 EUR (Vorjahr: 50.000,00 EUR).

Als passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden vor dem Bilanzstichtag erhaltene Zahlungen ausgewiesen, soweit sie Erträge für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Der Ansatz erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Gegenüber der Gesellschafterin bestehen im Berichtsjahr Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 50,0 TEUR (Vorjahr: 50,0 TEUR).

Nicht bilanzierte sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von 126.629,04 EUR sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen. Hierbei handelt es sich um Verpflichtungen aus mehrjährigen Leasingverträgen.
