A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der IndusEuro Consulting Services GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2020 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften §§ 266 ff. HGB.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB auf.

Die Ausweisstetigkeit wurde gewahrt, ein grundlegender Bewertungswechsel gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten.

Sachanlagen sind grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgten unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und flüssige Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen sind in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Anfalls aufgrund des steuerlichen Gewinns dotiert.

Die Rückstellungen umfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und gewisse Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten, Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern und sonstige Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen ausgewiesen.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten im Wesentlichen Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie Forderungen gegen einen Geschäftsführer in Höhe von 40.549,93 €.

2. Rückstellungen

Unter den Rückstellungen sind im Wesentlichen die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses 2020 ausgewiesen

3. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten im Wesentlichen Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und abzuführende Lohnsteuer.
