Publish the balance sheet and an abridged profit and loss statement.
Large companies (above that)
Publish the full annual statement including the management report.

Sole traders and partnerships with a natural person as fully liable partner (such as GbR, OHG or a classic KG) are not required to disclose at all. Figures then only exist if they were published voluntarily.

Other typical reasons:

The company has fallen below the size limits and has only deposited its statements since, instead of publishing them.
The company was dissolved, merged, liquidated or is insolvent. After that, statements are usually no longer published.
The filing was missed or is late. The Federal Office of Justice then imposes fines, but publication often still happens years later.

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 246 bis 256 und 266 ff. HGB gegliedert. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldpositionen erfolgt entsprechend den handels- und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kommanditgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 in Verbindung mit § 264a HGB.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sowie Angaben zur Bilanz

Finanzanlagevermögen

Die unter den Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Ansprüche aus Lebensversicherungen und Anzahlungen darauf sind mit den Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihren Nominalbeträgen oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sie haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Soweit in den Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten Fremdwährungsbeträge erfasst sind, wurden deren Bewertung anhand der Stichtagskurse mit den jeweiligen Geld- bzw. Briefkursen verlustfrei unter Beachtung des Realisationsprinzips und des Imparitätsprinzips bewertet.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführung

Die Geschäfte werden von der geschäftsführenden Kommanditistin CIS Fondsverwaltungs AG & Co. KG, Eschborn, geführt.

Die CIS Fondsverwaltungs AG & Co. KG, Eschborn, wird vertreten durch ihre Komplementärin, die CIS Deutschland AG, Frankfurt am Main. Deren alleinvertretungsberechtigter Vorstand ist Herr Thomas Heinzinger, Versicherungskaufmann, Sulzbach.

Die persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin CIS Deutschland AG, Frankfurt am Main, ist von der Geschäftsführung ausgeschlossen.

Hinsichtlich der Angabe der Geschäftsführerbezüge wird von der Schutzklausel des § 286 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.
