Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Die Firma Spedition Beste GmbH & Co. KG wurde durch Gesellschaftsvertrag vom 12.12.2007 zum 01.01.2008 gegründet.

Die Eintragung im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Bad Oeynhausen erfolgte am 05.02.2008 unter der Nummer HR A 7205.

Der Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist der Betrieb einer Spedition sowie aller damit zusammenhängenden und den Gesellschaftszweck fördernden Geschäfte.

Wirtschaftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin ist die Spedition Beste Verwaltungs-GmbH (AG Bad Oeynhausen, HRB 10766).

Der Kaufmann Wilfried Beste ist einziger Kommanditist mit einer Einlage von 1.000,00 €.

Zur Geschäftsführung ist die persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin befugt, vertreten durch Herrn Wilfried Beste. Die Komplementärin und ihr Geschäftsführer sind zur alleinigen Vertretung berechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und gewährten Darlehen erfolgte zu Nennwerten. Die Verbindlichkeiten und erhaltenen Darlehen wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe der Beträge, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.
