I ALLGEMEINE FESTSTELLUNGEN

Die BLE solution GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Essen und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister B beim Amtsgericht Essen der Nummer HRB 28224.

Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31. Dezember 2022 erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG).

Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 Absatz 1 HGB als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 wurde gemäß § 244 HGB in der Währung Euro aufgestellt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Vorschriften des § 266 Absatz 2 und 3 HGB.

Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Vorschriften des § 275 Absatz 2 HGB. Die Gliederungsgrundsätze sind im Verhältnis zum Vorjahr unverändert.

II ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden sind im Verhältnis zum Vorjahr unverändert angewandt worden. Die Gesellschaft stellt den Jahresabschluss unter der Prämisse der Unternehmensfortführung gemäß § 252 Absatz 1 Nr. 2 HGB auf.

Das Anlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten und/oder Herstellungskosten gemäß § 255 Absatz 1 und/oder 2 HGB vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen gemäß § 253 Absatz 2 Satz 1 und 2 HGB aktiviert.
