Anhang

I. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2013 der DIGIDOK GmbH, Essen, wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Die Vermögens- und Schuldposten sowie die Aufwendungen und Erträge sind den einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses zutreffend zugeordnet worden.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Wirtschaftsgüter im Geschäftsjahr linear vorgenommen.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Wirtschaftsgüter im Geschäftsjahr linear vorgenommen.

Die Beteiligung an einer Kapitalgesellschaft ist zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Da nur eine vorübergehende Wertminderung vorliegt (Anlaufverluste), war eine Abschreibung auf den beizulegenden Wert nicht erforderlich.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

1. Beteiligungen mit mehr als 20 %

Es besteht eine 50%-ige Beteiligung an der Itos GmbH mit Sitz in Mülheim. Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 50.000,00.

2. Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Es bestehen keine Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern.

III. Sonstige Angaben
