Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften für den Anhang gemäß § 288 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bewertung der im Jahresabschluss ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgte nach den allgemeinen Grundsätzen des § 252 HGB unter Beachtung der für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Sonderregelungen.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften, vorgenommen.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben.
Angaben sämtlicher Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane Im Berichtsjahr erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch den einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer:.
Herr Jürgen Horster Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
