Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Modern.Work GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 und 4 HGB.

Die geltenden Ausweis- und Gliederungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften hat die Gesellschaft in vollem Umfang angewandt.

Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 HGB wurden zugrunde gelegt; mögliche Zusammenfassungen nach § 265 Abs. 7 HGB sind nicht vorgenommen worden.

Die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung nach Maßgabe der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt.

Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu je EUR 800,00 wurden in vollem abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getrangen.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sowie der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind mit ihrem Nennwerten angesetzt.

Das Nennkapital von EUR 25.000,00 ist voll eingezahlt und zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in der Höhe gebildet, die zur Abdeckung der erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen erforderlich ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.
