(1) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze (§ 284 Abs. 2 HGB)

A K T I V S E I T E

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der branchenüblichen Nutzungsdauer und in der steuerlich zulässigen Höhe, angesetzt.

Für die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wird die lineare Abschreibungsmethode angewandt.

Für die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens gelten überwiegend die Nutzungszeiten 2 - 5 Jahre.

Zur Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wird auf den separat dargestellten Anlagenspiegel verwiesen.

P A S S I V S E I T E

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe der Beträge

gebildet, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer

Beurteilung notwendig sind.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag

passiviert.
