Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wurde gemäß § 266 und § 275 HGB i. V. mit § 326 HGB gegliedert.

Die Bilanzierung entspricht den Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246 - 251, 268 - 278 HGB und den Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 - 256, 279 - 283 HGB.

Sämtliche Fordrungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine maximale Laufzeit von einem Jahr. Sie sind nicht durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rchte gesichert.
