I ALLGEMEINE FESTSTELLUNGEN

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Absatz 1 HGB auf. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Vorschriften des § 266 Absatz 2 und HGB. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Vorschriften des § 275 Absatz 2 HGB. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind im Verhältnis zum Vorjahr unverändert. Der Jahresabschluss wird gemäß § 244 HGB in der Währung Euro aufgestellt.

II ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Steuerliche Bewertungsvergünstigungen, insbesondere im Bereich des Anlagevermögens, werden in Anspruch genommen. Die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden sind im Verhältnis zum Vorjahr unverändert angewandt worden. Die Gesellschaft stellt den Jahresabschluss unter der Prämisse der Unternehmensfortführung gemäß § 252 Absatz 1 Nr. 2 HGB auf.

Umlaufvermögen
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert aktiviert.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind gemäß § 253 Absatz 1 HGB mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Währungsumrechnung
Forderungen oder Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung sind nicht zu verzeichnen.

Haftungsverhältnisse
Haftungsverhältnisse liegen nicht vor.
