Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Falkenberg und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Cottbus unter HRB 4690.
Der Jahresabschluss 2023 der AHS Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, Falkenberg/Elster, wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH - Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. von § 267 Abs.1 HGB, da die dort genannten Größenmerkmale nicht überschritten werden.

Die Gliederung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach den Vorschriften der §§ 265, 266, 275 und 277 HGB.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um Abschreibungen bewertet. Hinsichtlich der planmäßigen Abschreibungen kommt grundsätzlich die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung, wobei sich die Abschreibungssätze nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer richten.

Hinsichtlich der sogenannten "geringwertingen Wirtschaftsgüter" im Sinne des Steuerrechts wird von der Möglichkeit einer Sofortabschreibung entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Umlaufvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten die abzugrenzenden Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag.

Das im Handelsregister eingetragene Stammkapital beträgt Euro 155.000,00. Es ist voll eingezahlt und zum Nennbetrag bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG

Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 0,00 und Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von Euro 0,00.

2. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Neben den bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten bestehen keine weiteren Haftungsverhältnisse.
In 2023 bestanden sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Form von Mieten für gewerblich genutzte Räume in Höhe von Euro 47.747,28 und Raten für geleaste Fahrzeuge in Höhe von Euro 25.417,25.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1. Außergewöhnliche Erträge oder Aufwendungen

Es sind keine weiteren Einzelbeträge von außergewöhnlicher Größenordnung oder Bedeutung zu verzeichnen.

2. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen

Es sind keine außerplanmäßigen Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen vorgenommen worden.
